been seeing huge advertisements on this everywhere~ but keep forgetting to find out what the hell it is..

The KPE safety education programme was delivered through traditional (eg distribution of safe tunnel driving habits through inserts in the newspapers) and non-traditional communication tools (eg KPE Underground Radio which played songs that had safety tips embedded). A primary concern in using this non-traditional method is to attract the publicýs attention long enough so they would realise that driving through a new long tunnel requires safe driving habits. Did you get the messages? How do you think people responded to this kind of safety education programme?

de-stress abit la.. i need a break man.. project deadline is near, sch assignment deadline is near.. shape run is near! and bcoz of the dead PC at home, i felt so lost! Ergh.. now i can only rely on office laptop to work on my assignment.. i skipped class and stayed back till 9pm ytd.. then back home, tried to continue my asgt on paper but i realised i really dunno how to do man.. Haiz.. erghhhhh going crazy liao!!

this morning, Tricia sent me some thing at Facebook. Haha.. there are forever new things coming up in the worldwide net. Facebook isnt new actually.. but out of the blue, suddenly, it came into popularity. People are even discussing about Facebook Vs Friendster~~ Haha.. i got this account some time back.. but left it inactive, until today we started exploring the applications u can add to your profile, then only i realised Facebook got so much features ah.. ahhaa but i guess it's juz something new will always attract people's attention la.. keke~

Drink water on empty stomach

Read on one interesting article from Tricia's blog today:

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningtitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhoea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

Method of Treatment
As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water.
Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours.
Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure main diseases:
High Blood Pressure - 30 days
Gastric - 10 days
Diabetes - 30 days
Constipation - 10 days
Cancer - 180 days
TB - 90 days
Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment for only 3 days. In the 1st week to be followed by daily treatment. This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.

Recently, these few not so good looking but yet damn popular and famous guys are the hottest topic in Taiwan.. so i decided to also take a look too, i noticed a few great contestants, ESPECIALLY 楊宗緯. He is NOT great looking at all, in fact, he has quite a "funny" hairstyle, but JUST listen to him sing.. you will feel the power of music.




Along the way came some very great challengers like 蕭敬騰 too... BUT i still prefer 楊! OHhh but tooooo bad, due to some commotion about his age, he has now announced to quit this competition. Hmmmmmm anyway, this singing competition has some really great judges and not based on some stupid money wasting voting system.. Hahahaha... I'm seriously recommending you to look at this programme, look at the host: 桃子! and judges: 袁伟仁 黄韵玲 张宇 and many more.. you should know this is a no kidding show. ^^

The new drink in town~ Brief Intro: There are 6 flavours each, and you wun know what you get. "Anything" is carbonated (Cola Cola with Lemon Apple FizzUp Cloudy Lemon Root Beer) and "Whatever" is Non-carbonated (Ice Lemon Tea Peach Tea Jasmine Green Tea White Grape Tea Apple Tea and Chrysanthemum Tea). Keke.. got new things in town, of coz Suki muz try rite!? Heh.. so far feedback within my office is the flavours are nothing new, considered "ok-to-drink" lah, I tried the Apple Tea, tasted juz like the Pokka Apple Tea too. So this thingy is juz a new gimmick with packaging la. =D
