Should people be allowed to nap at work?

i clicked in VT's google ads, and came across this article.. haha..

"...the experts at the Harvard School of Public Health continues to support the long standing perception that a power nap can refresh us, improve our memories and be good for our heart...... napping benefited working men the most...

...former US president Bill Clinton and.... Even Singapore's late president Ong Teng Cheong also enjoyed 10-minute power naps... certainly did not stop these famous men and women from being most effective at what they used to do.

...Apparently being able to nap during the middle of the day can reduce the risk of heart problems.....Then again it seems like companies are more willing to suck the life out of you so they can make their profit, before even considering you or your health...

i oso wan!

but seems like such privilleges may not be workable in the long run cos given the nature of human beings, even though they are given time to nap, they wil not nap..they will simply find other personal stuff to do during tat period of time..

so companies have to take effort to execute..else human beings wil not listen nor follow =p

that is how google treat their stuff actually, they "force" you to use 20% of your working time to "do personal stuff", you can write your own program, do your own research, do whatever you want, including taking a nap.

If you can't keep your staff happy at work, even if he devotes 100% of his time at work, you will still never get 100% result.
